Back Office Administrator

As one of the most dynamically growing companies in its sector, we are looking to welcome a Back Office Administrator to our team in Nicosia on a full-time basis.

Duties:

  • Entry, updating, and management of data in the company’s information system.
  • Supporting the Sales Department in preparing offers, as well as processing and monitoring orders.Collaboration with the Operations Department for coordinating shipments and deliveries, as well as managing the vehicle fleet.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or another related field.
  • Very good command of the Greek and English language.
  • Excellent computer and office software skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
  • Pleasant and positive personality with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
