Back Office Administrator - Application

ELNIA Ltd, one of the most dynamically growing companies in its sector, is seeking a Back Office Administrator for full-time employment in Nicosia.

Duties:

  • Entry, updating, and management of data in the company’s information system.
  • Supporting the Sales Department in preparing offers, as well as processing and monitoring orders.
  • Collaboration with the Operations Department for coordinating shipments and deliveries, as well as managing the vehicle fleet.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or another related field.
  • Very good command of the Greek and English language.
  • Excellent computer and office software skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
  • Pleasant and positive personality with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
